There are really no coincidences in this world. Nothing is by chance. Everything we experience is a manifestation of where we have been focusing our thoughts, feelings, intention.

The human mind is a very powerful manifesting machine.  In fact, it has the power to produce wonders when used in the right ways and when the process is understood. The only problem is that we all have layers and layers of stories, limiting beliefs, fears and blocks that have become the interior landscape of our minds.

To become masters at manifesting, we must undo these negative patterns that have been stored in our unconscious and replace them with positive, empowering patterns. In other words,  we need to rewire our brain. This way, we automatically boost our energy level and vibration. As a result, we are able to manifest our dreams calmly, peacefully to yield positive results.

What is Manifestation?

Manifestation is the art of bringing thought energy to the point of materializing them in the physical world. Every human creation began its life as thought energy and vibration. Due to this intent, our thoughts finally manifest as physical reality. This is based on the model that focused thoughts generate emotions which inspire actions, and actions determine the results we achieve in life.

Consequently, there are certain steps we can consciously take to manifest our dreams and goals. By applying the following steps, we can not only bring what we have imagined to our present experience, but also potentially speed up the manifestation process to some degree:

Let Go of Resistance.

Your first step should be about letting go of past resistance by trying to achieve greater awareness of your thoughts.  In addition, it is important to accept your current life for exactly the way that it is. This isn’t about beating yourself up or giving up.

Instead, it is about learning to be comfortable with things the way that they are. Do this and you should find your negativity slowly melting away.

Set Your Goals.

Its important to explore your authentic dreams and goals. Let your heart guide you to what you honestly feel is right; this is your unique offering to the world. Embrace your dreams. Own them like it was your child, and you WILL attract them into your life.

In fact, the Universe acts as a mirror. When you put out passionate energy towards the things you desire, the Universe responds accordingly.

Moreover, you must own the fact that whatever you focus your attention on, is what grows and expands in your life.  So, when you accept this, you take that first step towards increasing your manifesting vibration.

Create a Vision Board.

A Vision Board is like a story board that represents your dreams and visions that you wish to manifest in your life. Traditionally, it consists of a large cardboard sheet where you paste images and write words that show precisely what you want to attract into your life.

The point of creating a vision board is rooted in the Law of Attraction, or L.O.A for short. The L.O.A suggests that what we focus on the most is what we attract more of into our life.

Psychologists call this hetero suggestion. In essence, this process involves using images and symbols to suggest our future state to our unconscious mind. So, a vision board really gets you thinking about what you want to attract into your life.

By placing it somewhere you can look at it daily, it helps you to stay focused on your desires. Also, this helps by moving your focus away from any perceived state of lack and towards your preferred state.

Create Triggers.

One of the best ways to keep your dreams in your awareness is to create triggers in your daily life.One trigger might be listening to music that reminds you of your dream and helps you to move towards your preferred future state.

Also, you might change your passwords to reflect your new income goal. Likewise, you might use a photo of the destination of your dreams as your screensaver. The possibilities are endless. Most of all, make the triggers your own.

Believe it Will Work for You.

Powerful positive emotion and belief are critical to successful manifestation. If you do not believe in the process, your negativity will create an energy block that will slow down your manifestation efforts.

If you believe that it is possible, it will be.  Most of all, you need to feel that what you desire is coming to you. Feel it deep inside and believe that it will work for you and that you deserve it! If you believe this, your subconscious mind will accept this as your future destination and will do everything to make this happen.


Imagine how it feels to have what you desire right now!  Therefore, whatever you are feeling and focused upon right now is what you are in harmony with and are attracting into your life.

That’s why using our power of visualization is critical to success with manifestation.  In brief, visualization helps to really build up the power of  the sights, sounds, smells and sensations associated with our dream future. Therefore, visualization is a powerful way  of becoming fully immersed in the mental picture of our preferred future state.

Use Affirmations with Feeling.

Just like visualization, affirmations are a very powerful way of reprogramming our subconscious mind.

First of all, you need to write down a list of empowering beliefs that support your dreams and goals.  Generally speaking, these are short powerful statements that define our desired future state.

These might include statements like I am powerful, I am enough, I am financially secure, I am loved, I am inspired and I will make this happen. In addition, it’s important to ensure you feel them when you say them, as strong positive emotions are the secret ingredient.


Watch fears, doubts, unworthiness, judgments, projections, victim mentality, lack consciousness and past experiences as they creep in to your thoughts. Giving energy to these “weeds” in your garden will only feed them, pulling energy from the “seeds” of your dreams.

As a result, redirect your thoughts immediately. Stay focused on the high vibration of your intentions, yet be aware that some weeds are persistent. However, remember YOU choose what thoughts you feed with your attention and energy.

Let go.

This is the most important step and the one most people get stuck on.

After you’ve properly defined what you want then immerse yourself in that personal vision and don’t worry about how it will happen.

Leave that to the universe to work out because it can deliver your dreams in an infinite number of ways. It may be easier and quicker for your dream to come in a way you’ve never considered.

It is your job to decide what you want, but it is the universe’s job to decide how to bring it to you.
